This policy covers information provided to, by or through this website.

Protecting your privacy and your information is a top priority for BMA.  Although careful measures have been taken in an attempt to maintain a secure site, including having our servers protected from the Internet via network firewalls, your computer use may be monitored by third parties such as network administrators.  In addition, BMA has no control over who may be monitoring your computer use.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you provide to us via this site, and you agree when you disclose information to us that you disclose that information at your own risk.  We encourage IMPACT members to use our toll-free number to speak with counselors regarding confidential matters.  For privacy and security purposes, we do not recommend disclosing any personal health information in your postings to BMA while using this site. 

Please note that all company specific data that is accessed from this site is password protected, for an added level of security.  That information is only intended, however, for Human Resource Professionals and Managers, and once passwords are provided outside of BMA, BMA loses control over who may then gain access to the passwords and the password protected information.
  
In an effort to protect information and the uses of that information, any information provided to BMA via this site will not be disclosed without appropriate authorization being obtained or as otherwise required or allowed by law.  For instance, no information collected will be used or sold to third parties.

PROVIDERS
Information is collected on current and prospective providers to qualify them to work within our network.  This information is used strictly by BMA.  General information on contracted providers may be shared with our clients or to market to prospective clients.

General users of this site may use, download, print, or store materials for personal use only.  The companies and employees of the companies contracted with BMA may distribute resources found on this site within their workforce or immediate families (except for information found in any password protected section, which information should be restricted and used only by those employees having a need to know and the authority to access that type of information).
