Step 1: Complete MRI™ Survey
You simply complete a brief 20-30 minute questionnaire. In turn, you will receive a baseline report detailing the strengths and potential limitations of your current people management and development investment. (The process can be completed on-line, or we can mail or fax the questionnaire to you). Your Cost: NO CHARGE
Step 2: Presentation of Results
A concise presentation of results (more elaborate if YOU wish) is provided together with a detailed confidential report organized into two or three components as follows: I. A baseline assessment of your current people management and development programs and their ability to:
- link and work together
- reach your stated business and organizational goals and objectives
- provide value and return on your human capital investment
- support your organizational core infrastructure
- adapt to internal (and external) challenges brought about as a result of transition and change
- operate in sync with your organization’s growth and vision objectives
- maximize your team and leadership capabilities
II. Recommendations: A formal plan of action is supplied. The plan offers one of four suggested strategies:
- No changes recommended, or
- Minor modifications suggested; specific steps will be outlined for deployment, or
- Major modifications suggested; specific steps will be outlined for deployment, or
- Gaps or overlap in coverage exist; recommendations will be offered.
Areas of focus include (but not limited to):
- cost savings
- operating efficiencies
- team and leadership strength
- overall organizational health potential
- ability to reduce risks and exposures
- capability to achieve a UNIFIED SYSTEM in support of desired vision, direction, goals and objectives. (Attacks expensive hit or miss gaps or redundancies often experienced.)
III. Cost Comparison (Optional) If desired, simply provide information on your current program and service expenses. IMPACT Solutions will generate a cost savings analysis contrasting your present expenditures against single source (or, if desired, integrated) plan options. Your Cost: NO CHARGE
