Tamira L. Feldman, M.Ed., L.P.C.C.

Ms. Feldman has been with IMPACT Solutions since 1995 and serves as the Director of Operations.  In her role, she manages the coordination of client services, customized project delivery initiatives, and the firm's infrastructure.  Ms. Feldman is responsible for overseeing quality assurance, utilization and ROI reporting, and client satisfaction initiatives.

Ms. Feldman supports the EAP & Work/Life Program through account management, direct service and wellness seminars.  She has facilitated seminars on topics that include:  Personal Empowerment and Assertiveness, Relaxation Training, and Motivation and Appreciation in the Workplace.  Ms. Feldman has also incorporated experiential techniques in several of her seminars using adventure curriculum training.

Ms. Feldman has been active in the provision of employee and supervisory consultations, and has worked with managers and Human Resources professionals to enhance employee performance.  She has also applied her counseling training and background to support employees and managers requiring individual and marital therapy.  In addition, Ms. Feldman has provided critical incident stress management on-site consultations following traumatic events to clients.

Ms. Feldman received her Masters degree in Community Counseling from Kent State University and her B.A. from Miami University.  She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
