Lisa Trojan, MSSA, LISW, CEAP
Since 1990, Ms. Trojan has served as the Director of Program Development for IMPACT Solutions, having an instrumental role in the firm's development of the Employee Assistance (EAP) & Work/Life Program. In this capacity, she leads a staff of highly educated, experienced and quality-driven professionals in providing direct support to employees, managers and human resource professionals. She manages all account implementation and ongoing staff follow-through activities. In addition, Ms. Trojan oversees the panel providers for IMPACT programs, numbering over 7,000 highly credentialed psychologists, counselors, and social workers, positioned throughout the United States and Canada.
Ms. Trojan has spearheaded the development of quality assurance standards and procedural guidelines necessary for effective account management of EAP & Work/Life client companies.
Ms. Trojan has created numerous innovative promotional strategies for EAP & Work/Life clients that have resulted in utilization that has exceeded national averages by three to four times.
Through her efforts, the EAP's management referral process has been able to return over 80 percent of troubled employees referred to the program back to successful performance.
In her clinical practice, Ms. Trojan is specialized in assisting individuals, couples and groups in addressing low self-esteem, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship problems.
Ms. Trojan received her Masters of Social Science Administration (MSSA) from Case Western Reserve University's Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. She received her B.A. degree from Kent State University. She is also a Licensed Independent Social Worker (L.I.S.W.) and through IMPACT Solutions, is a member of the Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA).
