Meghan is responsible for developing programs and materials in support of Organizational Development services. She is focused on developing and facilitating workshops and other such learning interventions that enable clients to achieve their business goals.
Meghan has 13 years experience working within the financial services industry; during which time she served in Human Resources, Learning and Organizational Development, and Marketing. Meghan routinely leads projects and manages the efforts of others. Prior endeavors include; designing and facilitating a management development program, leading a quality assurance team, managing new hire orientation, and planning a diversity summit.
Meghan earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Analysis and a Certificate in Women’s Leadership from Case Western Reserve University. Meghan is passionate about enabling young women to succeed in their careers and lead fulfilling personal lives and to this end she is an active member of the YWCA of Greater Cleveland. She is mother of two and a runner who enjoys spending time with her family in Cleveland, Ohio.
